Yes. For businesses in the 5 boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island), on-site installation is included at no extra cost. For locations outside the 5 boroughs, an additional installation fee will apply, or the client will be responsible for covered travel expenses (commute, accommodation, and meals).
Yes. All computers get Windows 10 or 11 Professional, fully licensed and activated. No trial versions. Pro includes business-grade security, network domain capability, remote desktop, and BitLocker encryption.
We include Windows Pro on all machines. Industry-specific software (pharmacy, POS, legal) must be purchased from the software vendor. We handle installation on our hardware—they handle configuration and training for their product.
Phone support, remote assistance, configuration adjustments, and additional training if needed. No hourly charges during this period.
Component warranties: 1-3 years (manufacturer). Our labor: 30 days included. After that, ongoing support is available at $150-500/month based on package.
